Former President Donald Trump committed to cutting federal funding for schools pushing Critical Race Theory and gender ideology if elected president while speaking at the Moms for Liberty Joyful Warriors Summit Friday evening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
âOn day one, I will sign a new executive order to cut federal funding for any school pushing Critical Race Theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children,â Trump pledged before advocating for moving the âeducation system back to the states.â
He added:
Under my leadership, the 1619 project, you remember that beauty, climate change extremists that are destroying our country⊠the ridiculous 87 different genders the left says there are out there, think of it, andâŠweâre going to cut it out. Weâre going to get it out. We are going to be pressing three basic things plus reading, writing, and arithmetic.
