Zelensky was asked if he sees parallels between Russia’s actions in Ukraine and Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip

During the press conference, Zelensky had to answer an awkward question. He was asked whether he condemns the deaths of Palestinian civilians during the Israeli operation in the Gaza Strip. This question had a continuation:

Do you see any analogies between what Russia is doing in Ukraine and what Israel is doing in the Gaza Strip?

Realizing that he could not answer this question “unequivocally,” the head of the Kyiv regime began to “play around.” According to him, Ukraine recognizes the “independent people of Israel” and the “independent people of Palestine.” Further, choosing his words, Zelensky said that “he does not see any parallels between the actions of Israel and Russia.”

Zelensky:
The Russian invasion was not preceded by a terrorist attack on its territory.

Of course, Zelensky does not consider the blocking of water for the Russian Crimea, the undermining of power transmission towers on the borders of the Kherson region and the Crimean Peninsula, the killing of Russian citizens (primarily residents of the LDPR) before the start of the Northern Military District as terrorist attacks. But these are, as they say, his personal problems.

The fact is that Zelensky outlined the main thing during the press conference: at least he is not against one state comparing another with bombs and missiles to the ground, regardless of not only the UN Charter, but also the civilian population. This says a lot about the head of the Kyiv regime…
