Joe Biden was scheduled to go home to Delaware at noon today but suddenly canceled his trip.
Was it the outcry over the new violence and terror in Afghanistan? Thousands of Americans are trapped there even though Biden promised to get everyone home. The Kabul airport has only gotten worse, and now the Taliban is firing on civilians in the crowd (see below). There are also reports that ISIS is waiting in the wings to cause more trouble.
Itâs a complete disaster caused by the inept Biden administration. Maybe Biden should go home to Delaware and never come back.
Aaaaand they cancelled it again

The Taliban has begun firing on civilians at the chaotic Kabul airport. They had been firing into the air, but the situation has gotten so out of control with desperate crowds pushing up against razor wire that the Taliban is now firing on civilians. Frantic medics are trying to save people but end up putting a white sheet over the dead.
Itâs a horrible situation that will not end because the Taliban is now trying to keep Afghans from leaving by making them pay for their escape. The Afghans are so desperate to leave that they are trampling on others in the crowd.

Sky News reports:Â âSoldiers started shouting for medics and stretchers as unconscious people were carried to the rear. The medics checked their vital signs and then covered the bodies in white sheets.â

The Pentagon is saying the airport is under control and ânot familiarâ with a request that Americans have been asked to stop going to the Kabul airport:
Statement from the State Department: âBecause of potential security threats outside the gates at the Kabul airport, we are advising U.S. citizens to avoid traveling to the airport and to avoid airport gates at this time unless you receive individual instructionsâŠâ
So the Pentagon is unaware of a publicly posted state dept reversal?

The report of casualties at the Kabul airport hasnât reached the Pentagon?
Pentagon spokesperson says a "small number" of Americans and Afghans have been "harassed and in some cases beaten" while trying to get to the Kabul airport pic.twitter.com/opAnvvdIdL

Chief Correspondent for Sky News Stuart Ramsay reports that âthis is the worst day by farâ at the Kabul airport. He calls the scene âutterly horrendousâ and says even seasoned soldiers are saying itâs the worst thing theyâve ever seen.
Ramsay reports people are dying at the airport and that things are critical. He says he doesnât see how this will end until they close the gates and say no more. This is in line with what an American trapped in Afghanistan said would be the solution to the crushing crowds (see below)
ABC Newsâ Phil Lipof interviewed David Fox; an American stuck in Kabul with his wife and toddler son. He tried going to the airport and tried getting through the crowds but had no successâa frightening ordeal with his 21-month old son and wife.
He says he plans on waiting until âcommercialâ flights begin again because the evacuation flights have attracted Afghans who believe they can eventually obtain American citizenship if they can get onto a flight.
He shows a document that the U.S. Embassy consular services department sent to assist Americans and eligible Afghans claiming Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) status. The document looks exactly like an approved VISA document, except there is no name or serial number, making the document easy to copy.
Was this on purpose or a dimwitted move by the State Department?
The State Department has caused the stampede on the airport with their dimwitted piece of paper with no name or number. Americans are still stranded and in danger, because the Taliban is now going door-to-door searching for enemies.
This is horrific.
