A 46-year-old English teacher at Terra Linda High School was arrested by police for public intoxication and child endangerment. The incident occurred at roughly noon on Wednesday with Teagan Leonhart being discovered as inebriated on the job.
Leonhart first denied it when questioned by police, but admitted to her consumptions after being tested for substances….
