Proctor High School in Utica, New York was drawing to a close Saturday afternoon when cautious security had turned away a group seeking entry to the matchup against Binghamton High School. As Utica Police Chief Mark Williams told the press, guards “suspected that something wasn’t right,” and those suspicions panned out when a brawl erupted shortly thereafter.
