HE DID IT AGAIN: Biden Called Kamala ‘President Harris’ During Brief Public Appearance

In a brief public appearance this afternoon, President Joe Biden once again referred to his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as “President Harris”.

“When President Harris and I took a virtual tour of a vaccination center in Arizona,” Biden said, pausing briefly after referring to Harris as the President, perhaps realizing he made a mistake.

“Even POTUS realizes he’s not the one in control, refers to VP as ‘President Harris,” wrote the MRCTV Twitter account.

In December, while the election was still being contested by President Donald Trump, Biden previously referred to Harris as “President-elect Harris.” This was described as simply his “latest gaffe” by the international media.

Harris is taking on more responsibilities than a vice president is usually given in the new administration. Since taking office, she has repeatedly spoken with world leaders, including one instance where Biden was playing Mario Kart at the time.

As National File reported, “On February 2, ‘Vice President Kamala Harris spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday, marking her first call to a foreign leader since entering the White House.’” Also in February, “Harris spoke with extensively with President Macron” and “‘and expressed her commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and France and to revitalizing the transatlantic alliance.’”

Biden also holds a unique, seemingly sparse schedule compared to other U.S. Presidents. He starts working at 8 a.m., and retires to his quarters no later than 7 p.m.

Biden also appears to have had many senior moments since taking office. Immediately after taking the White House in January, he signed a jaw dropping number of executive orders. When one was displayed on his desk, he said, “I don’t know what I’m signing,” then proceeded to sign it anyway.

Also in January, Biden was caught on a hot mic saying “Salute the Marines” as he walked past two Marines. Many believe he was instructed to salute by an earpiece, and instead said it aloud.
