By the time 83-year-old Nancy Pelosi finally gave up the Speaker’s gavel, her brain was riddled with the stuff — and the former Madam Speaker was far from alone. Consider ABC’s “The View” — the clown car of talk shows.
“The View” co-host Ana Navarro — who has laughably claimed she’s a Republican — suffered a near-histrionic meltdown on Monday’s episode of the Donald Trump-loathing show, which was hilarious, of course, but the cause of Ms. Navarro’s fit was the funniest part of all.
In the middle of squealing with delight about the mountain of “receipts” held by the Department of Justice related to the federal indictment of the former president, Navarro suddenly went off over a particular DOJ photo taken during the FBI’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate: an image of a toilet — yeah, a toilet — in a bathroom containing multiple storage boxes.
