How to use Lentivirus:

The uptake of lentivirus has wide range in different cell type, i.e the tranduction rate is cell type dependent. To save your time to optimize lentivirus transduction procedure, we recommend to use a simple protocol by add 50 ul virus into one well in 24-well plate (containing 0.5 ml cee culture at density of 50% to 80%, equivalent MOI=10 for most cell types). see Transduction Protocols.
